Would you like to extend your EFT work with couples to individual clients?
In this workshop we will look at how individuals can struggle with emotion regulation and get caught in negative interactional patterns. We will explore how the therapeutic relationship becomes a safe haven and secure base from which our clients can access and process their primary emotions, access their core attachment needs and shift into new, security-enhancing patterns.
You will learn how to:
use the attachment lens to frame individual client issues
track and reflect negative cycles (internal and external)
Use the therapeutic relationship and the client’s other relationships to create corrective emotional experiences
Note: This is a two part workshop
