More Information

Through focusing on the Attachment Bond, EFT gives us so many tools to learn how to explore the many depths of emotional connections we naturally need as Humans. Stephen Forges points out that we can't solve problems when we don't feel safe. A newer perspective is to focus on that everything we do as Humans is done for good reasons that protect and build safety for us individually and in our relationships.

If what happens in this workshop is exciting, intriguing, puzzling but stimulates curiosity, then we can plan future mini workshops where participants get to continue learning, integrating and practicing the ideas and energy from this workshop.
